Everything was DELICIOUS, finger licking, fried crispy, mouth watering GOOD. Also the gentleman had great customer service. This isn't a sit in restaurant so be prepared to take your food to go

My gawd today, If you're searching for comfort on a plate, then Top Tier Catering is the place to seek. This soul food haven serves up dishes that feel like a warm embrace, combining rich flavors with the kind of hospitality that leaves you planning your next visit before the meal, even ends.I was warmly greeted by the chef, and we chatted about what I wanted, and before I could place my order, he handed me a little sampler. My Gawd, my gawd, I won't be unbigging my back any time soon. The honey garlic wing, mash potatoes, Mac & cheese had me ready to slap my mama. Tasty is not the word.. delectable, scrumptious, delicious, mouth watering, etc.. Listen, I ordered my food ( Turkey wings, mac & Cheese &mash potatoes) and immediately started writing this review. The owner asked if I had tasted their catfish, and before I could respond, a piping hot piece of catfish was before me. The crunch and seasoning on that fish...scrumptious!Listen, don't take my word for it. Just go and taste for yourself. The creamy mac and cheese will have u looking for a southern woman in that kitchen.The owner told me that he'll be taking orders for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, etc.. Thanks to a TikTok review, I decided to check this spot out and brought my wife along as a surprise. From the moment we walked in, the spotless environment and warm welcome from the lovely Queen running the place made a great impression. She offered us samples, and we were instantly hooked—tempted to order everything! Instead, we settled on two large dinners each: catfish and honey garlic wings with sides of garlic mashed potatoes, yams, mac & cheese, collards, and string beans. To top it off, we got mango peach drinks, which were perfectly refreshing. As soon as we stepped in our door, we couldn’t wait to dig in—everything was absolutely delicious. We've already spread the word to friends and family and will be officially loyal customers. Can’t wait to return soon!

Ordered the Porkchops w garlic butter mash potatoes with Mac and cheese, my girlfriend got the same but instead of the Mac, she went w collard greens.We both agree the pork chops was good 8.5/10Mash potatoes were too garlicky, it’s like where is the potatoes? She couldn’t eat it. 2/10Mac & Cheese was too oily, and wasn’t flavored enough, but after adding some salt and pepper it was slightly better, we rate 6/10 after adding seasoning.Collard greens for me was a 8/10 I liked them.My girlfriend gives it 7/10 she said it’s not bad just need more seasoning, and she added her own but still rate it 7.5 afterwards.

I went in for the 1st time today and had such a great experience! From the welcome to the food. Plus they let me have a little sample before I made my first order! Lovely people. Got the honey garlic wings, Mac & cheese, and peach cobbler.UPDATE:If you’re ordering online they prioritize in person. I ordered at 12:02pm and I walked in at 1:45pm and was told it would take another 10 minutes since they will push online orders to the side to prioritize in person especially on weekends. I ended up getting my order at 2:24pm. For future awareness for anyone else so they’re not surprised. I wouldn’t order online on weekends especially if you’re not okay with a potentially 2-3 hour wait.For the Top Tier team, some constructive and hopefully beneficial feedback: on apps I would actually make a note of the delay on weekends given the 1 person chef in the “about” or “from the owners” section so people are aware ahead of ordering if they have the easy option to go in person instead. However I do appreciate you giving samples to those who had to wait long. You have good people handling the front.
