My favourite office! I love it here, the staff are so nice and welcoming. I’ve been a returning patient for over a year. The office is always clean, and each staff member I come across greets me with the same kindness and care as I was met with at the front. Wait times are short, even when the office is busy. Providers are very efficient. The office is very accommodating, I will be returning again!

Staff was very kind and sweet. However, the wait time for everything was extremely long. The staff were very apologetic for this, but this appointment took way longer than intended. I was sent to this location for a high risk consultation.. the provider I was assigned to did not once bring up any of the symptoms for which I was sent to this office. Which might I add is about 2 hours always from me. They rushed through everything and only addressed my symptoms once they were brought up by me. Had I not mentioned them I would’ve left the office with no answers. While they did answer all my questions, I feel like these are things that should have been addressed without me having to ask.. seeing as I was specifically sent to this office for those concerns. I will not take away from the fact that they were kind and hospitable but to travel 2 hours to essentially have to pull teeth for answers regarding my health wasn’t expected.

The clinic staff especially the manager is amazing! The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because some staff are a little dismissive, such as one sonogram nurse. She was also a little rough & less detailed than other nurses. But overall my experience is great.

Incredible experience. Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurses, the doctor and the front of house manager, were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel welcome and safe. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been going to this location for more than a year. I selected this location during my first pregnancy because of the convenient hours of operations and the great experience the staff provides. This was my first pregnancy and I felt cared for all the way through the hospital they recommended for my delivery.
