Me encanta que tengan un espacio privado para el grupo de personas. Sin embargo solo tienen música asiática :c y hay pocas canciones en ingles y 0 en español.

Excelente lugar para divertirte con amigos. La variedad de la carta de tragos no es muy buena.

I went with two of my friends, on 1/4/2025 at 6:45pm. Clean facility for the most part. When we came in, we were just told we need a card on file. The gentleman that help us settle in was very helpful. Not once we was told when we came in that there was a prior reservation and we could only stay for one hour. There was a man working front desk I didn’t get his name, but (he was not Asian,) not that that matters just trying to describe the man that was working there at the time. He just came in and asked for the tablet didn’t say anything just let us know. It was our last song I found that very rude and unprofessional. When we came out, I asked him is this how they do business he let me know that there were reservations set that he could only guarantee me one hour. That was never said if that was the case we would’ve went to a different spot. Not once, he explained that either when he came into the room and took the tablet. I don’t plan on coming back here. I think it’s very unprofessional and rude to not even acknowledge people. Not once he communicated With us three. And was extremely dismissive. Their music playlist was decent definitely not updated. I don’t recommend a spot due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. Definitely weigh out your options!

If I had to give these guys .2 as a star I would they tell us 1 hr 55$ and 7 have to drink 20$ okay but the next hour you have to do the same. 20 $ per drink per person even if you have 2 girls pregnant with you it's a trash. How you forcing your clients to drink like that. The place next door with the billiards at the bottom you can bring your own bottle and pay hourly rates. So that being said hit me up when ya change this policy. Cus we was down to drink more. But not at them rates. That ya forcing on people. Don't come here ya have a better experience elsewhere.PLUS TIPS WAS INCLUDED.

For anyone planning to come, either ask about or read their policy in fine print carefully. They require a non-refundable $100 deposit if you’re trying to reserve a larger room. Doesn’t matter if you cancel days in advance like we did - you won’t be getting your money back. There’s also a drink minimum per person on the weekends, which I’ve never seen at my east village or flushing karaokes. Matter of fact, the flushing karaokes even include food/drinks at the room price.
