Friends NYC does sell several distinctive item such as the "No smoking" pencils. Nonetheless, the blind boxes are too expensive, and I would rather visit My Plastic Hearts or Kinokuniya for more choices and better prices.

I understand it’s the holidays and retail stores are very busy but at least provide your team with accurate information. I ordered an item online for pickup, not shipping, and called Saturday afternoon to see if it’s ready for pickup. The person on the phone assured me it would be ready by Sunday. My husband drove to your store and it still wasn’t ready to be picked up despite it being on the shelf. I called and spoke with your manager, who I could tell was trying her best, but really annoyed me when she refused to give me her name. I ended up canceling the order and asked for a refund.

I ordered several items online. It took weeks for the order to be fulfilled, only to be notified last minute that pretty much everything I ordered was out of stock. No options for replacement items were given. Slow customer response time. Do not recommend.

If you live in NYC, don't order from them online. They don't allow returns in store and then they charge you $7-10 for a shipping label. I had to return an ornament that I bought online that looked NOTHING like the website photo and they charge $10 to return a $10 ornament. Also, they don't respond to their emails.
