Rubbish removal they were great and a Godsend. I was in the hospital and then in rehab for about a year. When I came home my back yard was a mess (see before and after pics). 1st 23 pics are before the rest are after. Believe me they were fantastic. I recommend them and will use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Dragonetti Brothers – Unprofessional, threatening

Absolutely appalling experience with Dragonetti Brothers Landscaping. They never showed up to the appointed.
Arrived unannounced midweek, ready to work in a yard already landscaped by another company (who I called after they went MIA).
When I explained another company came in after they ghosted, they used obscene language and threatened to come to my house and break down the door.

Don’t waste your time — there are plenty of reputable landscaping companies out there. This is not one of them.

(original review) We reached out to Dragonetti Brothers for a retaining wall project in our back yard. The rep (Ryan I believe was his name) arrived right on time, and we discussed the scale of the project and different options. I was told I would get an estimate emailed to me early the next week. The time passed, and after not receiving anything, I called to check on the estimate, and left a message with the secretary. She said she would relay the message to the rep. Another week has gone by, with no communication from them. I find that to be unprofessional and disappointing. I would hate to start work with them and have this level of unresponsiveness should any issues arise.

This is my go-to florist/nursery for quick shopping. Their service is impeccable. Even if you only have $20 for a bouquet, they’ll hook you up with a bouquet that is worth $60 in beauty and arrangement. For the gardeners out there like me, I recommend this place as you’ll reap great harvest. This place is amazing, the cashiers are kind and knowledgeable, and the gentlemen who create the flower arrangements are super helpful and nice. Go check it out!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at Plant Specialist’s. When I called about their services, she was incredibly rude from the start. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and seemed annoyed that I was calling. When I tried to explain my issue, she interrupted me several times and then, shockingly, hung up on me mid-sentence. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this business and will advise others to steer clear as well.

We hired Flo’s Gardens after walking down Garden Place (one of the prettiest blocks in Brooklyn) and seeing their work. We were inspired to have them design and install plantings and landscape for our town house. They made all the difference. The team from NY Horticulture Group was on time and quickly assessed the logistics of stripping the ivy from a 3-story townhouse in Manhattan. The repelled from the roof and did a great job clearing the ivy, working quickly and professionally. They left absolutely no mess: completely cleaned up. They ended up disturbing a bird next in the ivy, and saved the chick! Rob came over during the job, so there was obviously good management and quality control. I will definitely be hiring them again.
