All Out Bed Bug Exterminators NYC

I am very pleased with the service I have received from All Out Bedbug Exterminators from my initial phone call back in December through today when I had my “30 days after” inspection. The staff is very understanding, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable in this field of work. My problem was taken care of immediately and efficiently. Kudos to Carlos the technician who did my initial inspection, treatment and my 30 day follow-up today. He is extremely professional, friendly, caring, and an expert when it comes to getting the job done! I was very comfortable with Carlos and appreciated all of his knowledge that he shared with me regarding bedbugs and the bedbug extermination process that All Out uses. Carlos made sure that he treated every nook and cranny in my apartment and was gentle with all of my belongings. I purchased the 90 day treatment plan and love that if there are any additional issues (which I hope there is not) that All Out will come back to assist me again. I highly recommend using All Out Bedbug Exterminators!

Tentative 5 star review, but I have a good feeling it will stay 5 stars.Woke up one morning with bites after traveling and called Luis immediately. He talked me off the ledge long enough to explain what to do next. He scheduled me for that very same day, though there was an issue (my fault!) in communication that resulted in missing that appointment. I called and he instantly offered to send someone first thing the very next morning (like, super early!!). Adonis was thorough in his inspection and also did wonders to calm my nerves, and was patient while I tried to wrangle my cat out of the house. I could tell he was thorough by the state of my house (everything tipped over and moved), which was comforting to see. I wish I had caught him on the way out to say thank you!Luis was also great with follow-up questions. It was kind of expensive, but Adonis readily advised me to get the cheaper plan (3 months of care) since it was a mild infestation rather than pushing for the most expensive option, which I took as a good sign that they care about the customer, not just making a quick buck. For the psychological soothing alone it was worth the cost, and I haven’t noticed any new bites or other signs since. Super bonus that I didn’t have to do much prep work and that it’s safe around pets.

Incredible find! Luis is super honest and straightforward. I would trust him with my life. Don't look anywhere else if you need a trusted company to diagnose and treat your place for bed bugs. Very grateful!! Thank you so much!!

The team was very personable and took the time to explain the process, making sure we understood every step and felt comfortable. Luis & Danny are incredibly helpful and professional! I just moved in to an apartment and found a bed bug on my second day. I called Luis, he asked for pics and confirmed it was indeed so. Danny then came to my unit within 2 hours and treated my apartment. Both Danny & Luis have been super helpful with advice on what I need to do. The best part is that I did not have to pack or throw away all my furniture. They told me the details of the situation and that it was pretty clear there had been an infestation going on well before I moved in. Luis has also been incredibly responsive and helpful with all of my follow up questions & calls. Thank you guys for your help!
