I've had a great experience with Makelab. They’ve been a knowledgeable resource, and their interface for placing and tracking orders is incredibly user-friendly. They deliver high-quality product with a fast lead time.

MakeLab is a great gem that I discovered while researching for alternative 3D printing service provider that is local to me.I am a self-taught digital jewelry designer and the service and quality of my castable resin prints from them have been superb! I was able to take it to a local casting house and prototype them in precious metal all within 1.5 weeks. See the finished product pics below.They have a very fast responding team. My questions, no matter how random, have been answered usually within the same -1 business day.Probably the New Yorker in me, I appreciate that a lot. I've gone to their office to pick up my orders and from what I gathered, the staff really seem to be passionate about what they do and were happy to talk to me about my designs.Definitely a place you want to check out if you are doing any 3D printing.

Non existent quality control. This image is of a printed vase. The original vase is obviously symmetrical, and the STL file was perfectly fine. This looks like something out of a Salvador Dali painting.

MakeLab is my go-to place for my 3D printing projects! Even with COVID restrictions, MakeLab still made it super easy to pick up my 3D printed parts. Best prices I've seen so far and my parts we're ready earlier than I had expected! Everything fit great so I'll def be back there soon!
