Las reseñas colocadas son impuestas por el mismo jefe, persona pedante, problemática e irrespetuosa con sus empleados, critica a sus empleados por la manera de vestir pero anda en tenís, pantalón, aretes e incluso tatuajes (lo cual no estaría mal si no atacara esa imagen viniendo de otros pero si lo hace) ojo con este empleador, ya he escuchado varios rumores de personas que fueron a pedir empleo y las entrevistas la utilizó para enardecer su ego e insultarles para no contratar a nadie.

I would not recommend this company to any one unemployed and seeking immediate employment with reliable staff . They are the most unprofessional, blatantly rude individuals I have ever encountered throughout my career. I decided to give this job an opportunity and invested my time and money costing me well over $100 to meet the requirements and clearance to begin work. I have been contracted over a month and have yet to be staffed with a case. The client relations manager William Molnar is disrespectful and inconsiderate on the financial needs of the employees including myself. Over the course of an entire month I’ve only been sent one case that he never confirmed or provided updates on. He disregards your emails and never responds. If you manage to speak to him on the phone requesting explanations or concerns for the lack of communication and attention you are receiving he refuses to assist and dismisses you by stating he will send you cases and there are currently none he can provide. He is completely disinterested in helping you. He then afterwards had send me a case to Manhattan after never responding to my emails well knowing I only applied and am able to travel to Queens. I was interested in speaking with HR and called the general number, the front desk admin hung up on the phone on me and said before “I don’t know who to direct you to ask melody if you’d like “ knowing the struggle it is to reach these ppl once asked who I was speaking to she hung up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.Update : I decided to speak with the recruiter Melody and express my experience and grievances from accepting the job offer and the inconveniences this brought me. While speaking with her she did not at all understand or took accountability for it. I also stated that I wish I had been made aware of this outcome and informed of the time expectation and recurring issue they experience, that way I would have not spend my money nor time. I was interrupted while speaking and she insisted “it’s out of my control” repeatedly “is not like he’s not sending you cases “. The invalidating and nasty demeanor ! you would expect these people to uphold moral ethics and standards. Having sent one case that’s not guaranteed considering a previous employee had already been assigned to the case does not qualify as making efforts to assign me to a case whatsoever. If you have caused distress and so fourth allows others to express themselves without being treated horribly ! I then a received a call back from William only after my complaint was made. I noticed an insincere apology was extended and chose not to continue to be taken advantage of. It is pathetic that the only offer they were willing to make was to attend a coverage shift. At this point I was no longer interested, I had trusted and was ensured that I will be staffed no more than 2 weeks. I reached out several times and none actions were taken on their end.

After working with United Staffing Solutions for almost a year, I can truly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had and I am grateful to be part of the Behavioral Health team. Behavioral Health is one of the best departments! Everyone was very friendly and always willing to help whenever. I was able to form connections and make new friends during my time there. I would recommend anyone to work here if they have the opportunity to. It really is one of the best places to work at having a positive work environment. I would like to thank the VP of Behavioral Health, Ilinay, for being a mentor throughout my journey and for giving me the opportunity to be part of her team. She truly cares about her team and only wants the best for them. I couldn’t have asked for a better boss!!!

These people are super unprofessional. Ive called multiple times and everytime i call my call gets rejected and when i get transferred over it sends me straight to voicemail and they dont even transfer me to the correct person. Very rude, very unprofessional. If you can avoid getting a job with this agency please do!
