I had a fantastic experience with Next Step. I needed to sign an Oct 15 lease and wasn't going to be able to view apartments until Oct 3. I was nervous about the quick turnaround but Jake made it a seamless process. On the day of my appointment he had a lineup of several great apartments for me to see. The apartment I ended up choosing hadn't been listed yet so I know I wouldn't have gotten it if I hadn't worked with Jake. I love my place and never want to leave, but if I have to move again I will absolutely use Next Step again.

I recently moved to New York from out of state, Michael and the rest of the Next Step team were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the apartment hunting process. Before looking at apartments we had several calls about my desires and preferences. The day of the tour was very efficient and we were able to tour 10 nice apartments in just a few hours. The apartment I ended up leasing was nicer than I thought I would be able to find and Michael guided me through the application process. The overall experience was much easier with this agency than it would have been on my own.

We were able to see a ton of apartments in just one day (and she looked at a few places for us before our scheduled day) and had all the paperwork signed on our favorite place by the end of the day. Next Step Realty provided me a lot of relief with apartment hunting.
