I booked a day pass at this WeWork location and it was great! Community team were very friendly and helped set us up super quickly. This WeWork has floors between 4-17, which meant plenty of space for everyone there to work. It had phone booths on every floor too which was great! The usual tea and coffee available as well as Kombucha on tap. Really enjoyed my experience here and 100% recommend!

Hello, I am quite disappointed at my experience with 1460 Broadway. Please note I am not one to typically post negative reviews online, but get quite compelled after todays interaction. There has been a billing issue for the last couple of months. The team at 1460 Broadway kept saying nothing can be done, and could not find a solution that worked to accommodate their client. Cut to a few days ago I came up with a solution to create a new account and pay balance. I have confirmation that balance went through. I have a receipt. I get an email today that they cannot see it on their end and that I owe a balance when in fact I already paid and B. Have not been here for the entire month of Feb. After explaining to an employee my feelings of not being taken care or heard she said “I’m just going to end this conversation and left me sitting there.” Is 1460 Broadway a place for customers to feel unsafe and unheard with grievances? They have left me feeling they don’t care. I offered months ago I take cash they refused. Now today dealing with this is quite uncomfortable leaving a client like myself with quite anxiety and feeling uncomfortable in a space that I pay for. I am looking forward to the team responding on this matter.
