I will never use this company for my taxes ever again they make their services seem great and like your saving money in the long run complete lie! They are not responsive at all I’ve been trying to contact my “accountant” Adam since December with no response he even archived my message and then again on January 8th. The system doesn’t work and doesn’t categorize your transactions and they make it seem like on their end everything is fine. When I finally did speak to a billing rep named Hayley about how unhappy I was with my services she told me instead of canceling she could reassign me to another accountant since I still needed guidance and to fill out all necessary information online so that the next accountant could review and assist. Instead I get an email that my services have been cancelled and an email to give them feedback. RUN AWAY FAST FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The process so far has been seamless. Everyone that I have had the pleasure speaking with has been absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. Even though I am in the beginning stages of this process, I already feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, and I am now starting to get excited about the next chapter in our life.

Leandra was very knowledgeable and patient. Loading documents was not complicated and I was successful while she waited patiently. She answered whatever questions I may have had, I am very fortunate she is on my accounting team. I look forward to working with her in the near future.

Absolutely awful. First of all, 100% of the people answering the phone initially do not speak fluent English. While that’s not inherently a problem, it makes communication extremely difficult and frustrating, as they often don’t seem to understand my inquiries. This results in wasted time and repeated explanations, building even more frustration.When I did get through to two of the three accountants assigned to me, they were condescending, berated me, and outright lied. On top of that, they immediately tried to upsell me on services I had already purchased. Instead of addressing my concerns, they spoke in circles, repeatedly insisting I “misunderstood” what was included in my plan. It felt deceptive and like they were more focused on squeezing more money out of me than providing the services I’d already paid for.I filed a complaint three and a half months ago, followed up four times, and have yet to receive a response. The quality of service is garbage. The accountants don’t provide any specific guidance and act as though I should already know the intricacies of accounting and legalities—despite the fact that I hired them specifically because I don’t. Unless you know exactly which questions to ask (which, again, I don’t), they provide no help, offer no proactive input, and essentially leave you to figure things out on your own.This service is a complete waste of money. Do not use them. Run for the hills. Absolutely terrible.They don’t actually perform any investigations (as mentioned below), nor follow up —it’s lip service, as I’ve had a complaint I filed 4 months ago, called back 4 times for an update, and not a single time could they provide anything. They-do-absolutely-nothing other than lie. It’s 100% lies.
