what the hell. these dimwits decided to shut down hundreds of students @nyu.edu accounts this morning because of one singular person mass-emailing other students.there must have been another, better way to diffuse the situation. i’m an active student that has classes and work that is all done through my google drive- which i haven't had access to all day. Also, my bosses uses this email to reach me, so it was a super bad look for me to have my coworkers and supervisors trying to email me only for the emails to bounce back. cant believe that they not only did this to me, but HUNDREDS of other students as well. completely irresponsible decision-making from such a top-tier university.

Don’t bother calling.The agents who pick up are rude and hang up on you abruptly, even after putting you on hold for a while.Hopefully, in-person services are better but so far, hopes aren’t too high.Kinda feels like a disservice to NYU students looking for help with IT when tuition is $80k+ a year
