NYC Great Movers

From the first phone call to the goodbye was an absolutely outstanding experience. Form the sale side they were so patient to work with my requirements, Saad and Alex were very understanding of every concerns of mine and managed to accommodate me on every single request. On the movers side, the team was led by Alex ( different Alex) who was extremely professional, punctual, respectful of our home, and personal items. Since we had expensive furniture and art work, we were concerned as to how will the team manage the wrapping and transportation of all items. Well I tell you , Alex with his confidence and calm personality gave us such comfort that we not once had to worry about anything. Alex and his team ( team of 4) were so efficient, so pleasant, so professional that if I would have not experienced it myself , I would have not believed it that such company exists. My husband, who is very meticulous about everything was extremely pleased as well. From the onliading to the off loading everything was just smooth and pleasant. There is no reason to look for else for I believe a better moving company does not exist. Thank you great movers for making this stressful time so pleasant for us. God bless you always.

The movers were awesome! In spite of the very cold whether they were still very efficient, communicative, and courteous. Customer Service was excellent as well. I was having a bit of stress getting my new home ready and preparing to move. My brother recommended Great Movers as they did an excellent job with his move a while back. He told me that the least stressful part will be the actual moving with the movers and he was so right. I highly recommend using this company.

We've worked with Great Movers several times now, and we're always pleased with their work. We first moved our studio apartment 4 blocks to a one-bedroom -- flawless. The next move has been more complex, moving half of our belongings into storage to stage our apartment, then the rest into storage because we sold our place before buying the new one, and just yesterday, after two months living out of a suitcase, we got both batches of belongings returned to us in our new place, virtually without a scratch (one tiny nick that we are working through). The team, led by Garry, was fast and super friendly. We will definitely work with them again!

This is my second time using Great Movers and both experiences were excellent! They were professional and kind from quote preparation to moving day. Their pricing is more than fair and better than most with the amount of time quoted to me being accurate (and the movers were working hard and efficiently). Just had a really great experience with them all around and will recommend them to any and all who are moving!

This is my second time hiring NYC Great Movers and I am pleased to say they provided the same excellence of service as when they moved me two years ago. Fabio is wonderful to work with and you will find him as well as his assistants very respectful with the way they handle your move.They have always been very efficient and they do it with a smile, something you don’t see too often in other moving companies.These guys will always be my only choice when moving .
