I highly recommend this Home Health Agency. Being in the Healthcare Profession myself, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency of all the staff members, ranging from the Client Care Liaison to the warm and caring live-in aide. This agency goes above and beyond to accommodate your loved one’s needs and does so with such compassion and grace. I am beyond thankful for the care they provided to my Dad.

I don't recommend family or caregivers to utilize Alvita Home Care for any services. I beg you do not put your loved ones with this agency.. They are disguised to look like a real company but in fact they are not. It is my belief that they are operating as a shell company to look legit. Their customer service is nearly non-existent.They have a call center located in the Philippines and the chance of you speaking with a coordinator or a worker based in NY is zero. On top of that the recruiter, Jenni, is unprofessional. I have dealt with home care agencies for the last 20 years and this company, Alvita home care has massive red flags. Please avoid at all costs!!! Good luck everyone!!!
