Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center

I had an incredibly positive experience with Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Home Care. From the moment we walked in, the facility had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at ease. The staff is truly exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best care possible. The nurses and aides were always available and took the time to address all questions and concerns.The rehabilitation services were top-notch, with a well-organized program tailored to individual needs. My loved one made significant progress thanks to the expertise and encouragement from the therapists. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the food is nutritious and well-prepared.Overall, Spring Creek provides not only excellent medical and rehabilitation care but also a strong sense of community and comfort. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of nursing home or rehab services.

I had the opportunity to visit this rehabilitation care center after a sister in Christ was admitted there to recover from a stroke. Upon entering, I was greeted by security with a pleasant smile and hello who gave me instructions for checking in. On the floor where my sister in Christ was, the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I met a few patients as I sat in the cafeteria and chat. Everything was great on my first of many visits until my sister is discharged and sent home. By God's grace, hopefully soon.

I went to visit my Mom. I was very impressed the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The entire floor was clean as well as my Mom's room. She was checked on the entire time I was there by the nursing staff.Not only that, my Mom stated she felt comfortable there as well, compared to the Rehab she was at years ago.I was very impressed.

The registration process was quick and easy since I was a visitor previously. The man at reception was very friendly and helpful, as was the staff I encountered. I am glad they installed new elevators. The carpet in the lounge needed to be swept; that’s the only bad thing I can say about my visit here.

While visiting my uncle at Spring Creek in Brooklyn, I was very impressed to see how well groomed he was and I also noticed that his room and bed were looking very clean and neat, furthermore I checked the visible part of his skin for dryness .The Facility itself is clean, the staff is ok , I did not interact much with them .My uncle was a school principal back home, it is had for me to see him that way but I feel better now knowing that he is in great care.Thank you to the whole team of the 3th floor for providing such a good care to my dear uncle .By the way it was an unannounced visit
