Primera vez que llevo a mi perrito a ese lugar,donde deben de asegurarse del costo,pues yo primero pregunté cuánto es,antes de hacer el trabajo y luego resulta que era más., el trabajo que le hicieron a mi perrito fue excelente bel Sr. Que lo trato es una bella y profesional persona,pero el personal del frente son 2 antisociales,falta de ectica y protocolos.. Busquen personas preparada para que puedan mantener su negocio, muy bonito y buen trabajo de las personas de atrás.. Reiteró.. pero pesima manager,le falta mucha experiencia .mientras se a tiende a un cliente,el uso personal de tu celular perdonal es antiestético.

Muy mala atención, al momento de querer hacer un retorno literalmente habían pasado 15 minutos de lo que compramos y no nos quisieron aceptar, el que atendía se puso con mala actitud y hasta grosero

I just recently got a dog and it’s my first. The previous owner left him all matted and with fleas. I took him to this groomer to get him a haircut and flea bath. I was nervous at first because this is my first time going to a groomer. The groomer Lola took very good care of him and is very much a professional. After I picked him up he seemed much more comfortable and started showing his personality more. I will definitely be going back! My dog is happier than ever. Also he smells amazing now! Thank you so much Lola!!!! Below are some pictures of before and after.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I can't recommend this pet grooming shop enough! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a warm welcome by Joel at the reception desk. Karla is the groomer who takes care of my dog, Ayla, and she does an incredible job! Karla always listens to my requests and grooms Ayla exactly how I want her to look. Knowing my pup is in such good hands brings me peace of mind. Thank you, Joel and Karla, for your excellent service.

I’ve been to this pet shop a handful of times, and overall, it’s a decent option if you need something quick and nearby. They have a slightly above-average selection of brand-name food and canned options, though it could definitely be improved with a wider variety specially on the frozen/ fresh pet food. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes for a pleasant experience. However, the biggest downside is their pricing. The markups on merchandise are notably high compared to various pet shops in Washington Heights and the Upper West Side. Because of the steep prices, I find myself only shopping here when it’s too late to visit other stores, making it more of a last-resort option for me.
