The customer service over the phone and in person was extremely professional. I spoke With Jennifer over the phone and was able to make a rental order for foldable chairs. The chairs were in great shape for an extremely affordable price. They definitely rent many more things and will use this place more often for any other special occasions. Jennifer saw I came alone with my baby and had helped me bring the chairs back. Extremely friendly, and very informative, thank you so much! I will be back again!

I LOVE ABBOTTS!!! They have some great rental pieces; the customer service is great, and the owner is always so very helpful. I am currently planning my wedding and the number of changes I've made to my order is borderline shameful however, she never makes me feel as though I am being a bother. I have done business with them for previous parties and have referred them to family and friends and have never had an issue. I will always make them my first stop shop when planning any event.
