Update 1/13/25. The owner contacted me directly to understand what was going on with my account. I've updated this to 4 stars as we haven't finished our work together yet, but I appreciated the gesture and willingness to finalize what I brought to them originally. I will update accordingly by the end of the month._____These folks came at a recommendation from a local CPA. I would personally never recommend them. They are lifeless and unprofessional. I've never experienced such bad service. You will be asked to pay $$$$ and not only have they lied about what that $$$$ includes, they do not care about your concerns. Pretty shocking work.

I used this company for three years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, there were significant delays and poor communication throughout the process. Second, they made incorrect calculations on our company taxes, which my new CPA identified. We had to amend three years of tax filings and request a refund of $280,000 from the IRS.The most troubling part, however, was with our personal taxes—though I’d rather not go into details here. Stay away!
