I never heard of Mondo staffing until Brittany Hale reached out with a new opportunity. We talked through the opportunity and how it apply to my experience. Brittany was great professional, upbeat, and knowledgeable. Her excitement about the position made me excited. Once the in-person interview was setup I made sure I left making a great first impression. After the interview Brittany stay lock step with client and I communicating next steps all the way to hire date. The personal touch that I appreciate the most are the checks while on the job. Worst staffing Agency without competition, they send emails you reply back as a great candidate have all the requirements and you call them and no one ever answers or replies back. Do they actually place people at this point they are a waste of everyone's time.I get emails every other day with position I am a good fit some I am even over qualified so it's a no brainer to reach out to me and nothing, no response.

You could not wish for a more professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, experienced or kinder team than that of Mondo. Specifically Brittany Hale and Lexi Diamond. I have worked in IT for many years and have rarely come across such a wonderful team.Their priority is making the right fit and not just about making a placement. They take the time to get to know their clients and build relationships with you so they can excel at recruiting and placements. It's truly matchmaking.They exceeded my expectations when it came to finding a new job for me with a wonderful team. I have to admit I was a bit jaded that I would land somewhere that I could feel so excited about! Brittany was very tenacious over a time period of about 6 months finding this position for me. She is one of only two recruiters in the history of my long career that has ever regularly called me with opportunities until the right one came along!!! Brittany and Lexi then gave tremendous support through the interview and hiring process. I'm very grateful to them both.

Worked with Allie Horovitz in November at the tail end of a months-long job search. She was insightful, helpful, engaging, and thoughtful in bringing an opportunity to my attention that - frankly speaking - other recruiters had tried to get me to listen to, but I had passed on.The time she took to ask questions of me and also to share information about the opportunity displayed the absolute best professionalism and consultative partnership in a way that I wish all recruiters would mimic. That said, it was late in the process for both me and the company for which she was working and although we all liked each other I accepted another position due to a time constraint.I would happily recommend anyone considering Mondo to ask for and to work with Allie. Excellent experience working with Brittany Hale at Mondo! She is such an extremely informed and knowledgeable Recruiter. Also, Lexi Diamond is incredible and I rarely write reviews but was compelled to do so since she is probably one of the most professional recruiters I have ever worked with. It was a great pleasure to work with both Brittany Hale and Lexi Diamond and I sincerely hope to work with them again in the future.I would highly recommend the Mondo team to anyone looking to staff up a department or land a great new job.
