City Derm NYC: Manhattan- Dr. Catherine Ding

I have been going to Dr. Ding for several years. She always has the best bed side manner. She explains everything to you and is up front about pricing. She is always happy to see her patients and takes her time with them. I personally could not wish for a better dermatologist.

My appointment was on time and efficient. Dr. Ding was very friendly and informative. She did a good job explaining her diagnosis and recommended treatment. I was very happy with her, the office staff and overall experience!

Dr Ding is fabulous. Her professional skills are superb. She has great manner. I enjoyed my visit each time which always yield to my satisfaction. Also the office receptionists are very nice. Wait time is practically on time as scheduled.

Dr. Ding and her staff are professional, kind and supportive. Dr. Ding doesn't push you to buy products or services, instead she lays out different options that addresses your concerns and assures you that what you consider a "flaw" is actually natural and human. There's so much pressure from social media with beauty standards these days. Additionally, she always answers all of my questions like when it comes to moles, skin issues, hyperpigmentation, veins, etc. She suggests the right products and I appreciate her honesty. Moreover, I want to give a big shout-out to Christine who was responsive and patient throughout our correspondence. I was out of the country and concerned about a skin inflammation (thinking that I had skin cancer) and she sent follow ups and was able to pencil me in as soon as I got back to the country. She was very helpful! Thank you!!

Both Dr. Ding and her staff were absolutely wonderful, professional, cordial, and went a long way to making me feel at ease despite my anxiety. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
