They have repaired so many of my very high-end designer handbags, belts and shoes and they always come out looking brand new! They are the absolute best!

This place was highly recommended to me to work on my wedding shoes. I had to go back a total of four times (last time was to pick up) because they were unable to tighten the straps correctly. They always just glanced at them and never measured how much of the strap needed to be taken in. The work was done was purely based on guessing. The third time they worked on my shoes one of them got dirty and rather than taking ownership they tried to deny it. It was obvious it happened while they were working because I did not have them in my possession since they were purchased. Instead of being apologetic when I finally became upset the last time I was there, they laughed. The place is very and expensive and I was really surprised with not only the attitude, but the lack of quality of their work.

Brought a pair of leather shoes in for a resole. Dropped them off at 3pm and they were ready for pick the next morning! Super fast service and my shoes look better than when I bought them 12 years ago!

María and Panos are two of the most lovely people in the business. Over the years, I’ve I brought dozens of pairs of shoes, handbags and other luxury leather goods in for repair. Not only do they do an amazing job in repair and restoration, but they always go above and beyond. They’ve been able to completely restore a couple handbags that would’ve been otherwise destined for the garbage—like new! I often come in with complicated requests, and they’re always happy to oblige with a smile. Speedy service and phenomenal craftsmanship. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
