Eddy and his team at Empire State of Wine are incredible!They have helped me great vintage special gift wines a handful of times. Most recently they have gone above and beyond to pick out amazing well priced wines for my wedding, and an epic 9 liter bottle of Champagne with a crank stand! We had multiple guests say it was the best wine they had ever had at a wedding, all thanks to Empire State of Wine.I am grateful for their amazing customer service!

I don’t often write reviews but I felt like the service I received from Empire State of Wines requires one. This past Monday was the first time I ever placed an order from this vendor. Within an hour of placing my order, I received a phone call from a kind representative explaining that a particular vintage was out of stock but he was happy to replace it with an equally high scoring vintage for the same price (100 points and actually two years older!). Within two days the wine arrived at my doorstep. This was really remarkable customer service for exceptional wines at competitive prices. I’m actually looking forward to making my next purchase!

Alright I’ve waited long enough. After over 5 purchases now I can say this place sells only bad wines. Unless you come for expensive wines (and in that case you can find them elsewhere for much cheaper) don’t go there. It’s bad (and I rarely leave a review).Edit after owner's reply :I came back because of the (incredibly suspicious) ratings. And btw, half your wine on discount is corked. This is a review, to help people make a choice. I get that you have a rent to pay, it shouldn't be at clients' expense. In a city filled with wonderful wine shops, this one might be the best. Awesome staff, incredible selection, great finds and sales. Would give 10 stars if I could!
