I started working with Filip, Ivan, Noam and the team in April 2024, committing to working out twice a week, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and well-being. It is more than a gym that just charges you monthly, even if you don’t show up. TS holds you accountable, forcing you to show up (in a good way) because the whole team wants you to succeed in your goals in fitness, in health, and in your life.

I had taken a very long hiatus from consistently exercising and was fearful I would injure myself if and when I started. I did a 2 week trial at TS and it was evident the coaches had my best interest in mind -always making sure my form was right and gradually adding weight.

The sessions are challenging, fun, and varied, which has helped me stay engaged and motivated. I have had significant improvements not only in my strength, but even created new habits in my day to day life through better food choices and timing my meals to maximize my recovery and keep me full and focused throughout my busy work day (all recommended by Noam & Samantha).

Booking sessions is very easy using an app, there is flexible cancellation/rescheduling, and ability to pause membership if going on vacation, traveling etc (thank you Parker for keeping track of this-I love this aspect because I don’t waste any of my sessions!!!)  I’m so grateful for the support and expertise of the entire TS Fitness team!

I’ve been exercising regularly for years, with little progress. But my trainer from Maik Wiedenbach helped me learn why I haven’t been getting results, and designed completely new workouts tailored to my personal goals.

I’ve had several personal trainers before, with mixed results, but I’ve had much better improvement with my trainer from Maik Wiedenbach. In addition to learning how to workout more effectively, I like having an app with videos showing how to do exercises at home, and rather than just telling me what I should and shouldn’t eat, they tell me *why* a certain nutrition plan works for my goals.

This gym is the best. I’d been a casual gym goer before this, with some decent stretches of weight training without much progress beyond newbie gains in terms of muscle growth or fat loss (and often with loss of mobility or even minor injury). After a few years of working long hours at a desk job and my body shape going in the wrong direction, I decided to try out Maik’s gym. I have seen way more results in 2 months than I had in years of trying to workout on my own. My main trainer Alex is so smart on diet and training, and he has helped design a diet and workout plan that has made me healthier, stronger, leaner, and more flexible than I’ve been in the past. Also all the trainers are super friendly, and there’s no trace of an intimidating atmosphere. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

I love training with Maik. He is fantastic. First time I walked in he told me my shoulders are too high which means I have a weak back so we worked on this. It helped me a lot with the neck pain I used to get. I’m getting stronger and also more muscle defind. What I like especially about training with Maik is that he has a very scientific approach to training. He’s an absolute expert when it comes to machines (which he designed himself) and also the connection of training and nutrition. I have a friend who also started recently and is also very happy with the studio and its trainers.

I am so grateful to have found Focus Integrated Fitness and to have been matched with Christina as my trainer. I was looking for a trainer to help build back strength, balance and muscle I lost due to a long time illness. Christina is so knowledgeable and is able to understand exactly what my body needs. She has build a program that not only is easy to understand and not overwhelm me, as well as keep me excited to perform. Highly recommend Reload and Troy. The best for PT and training.

I went to Troy with a left shoulder injury and hoping to avoid surgery. Troy was fantastic in finding a balance between pushing me and building up the muscles in and around the shoulder but not over stressing the injury or making it worse. I had been avoiding using the shoulder and being overly protective and Troy’s approach was exactly what I needed. My shoulder is feeling the best it has felt in years. After 2.5 months working with Troy, I’m now applying his workouts on my own. I would have kept going to him but I moved!

Facilities and equipment are awesome. Everyone else who works there is nice and very knowledgeable. A+ experience all around.

Reload is the best for PT and training! Troy helped me with wrist pain after my doctor recommended physical therapy. When I first came to Reload I was completely avoiding all weight and stress on my left wrist. I really liked Troy’s approach of addressing the injury in a safe way while still pushing me to work the area in order to see results. He helped me set and meet new goals each week ranging from wrist progress to general fitness/training. Troy got me feeling back to normal and back to my everyday routine in just a few months. Before my last session he showed me how to properly plan out a training session on my own. 10/10 no notes!

I came to Reload after my third ACL reconstruction and meniscus tear. Having tried multiple physical therapy places before, I can confidently recommend Reload as a go-to PT place for this kind of injury. Reload feels more like a gym than a traditional PT clinic, which is perfect for building strength and returning to sports, especially after the very early stages of physical therapy.

I have really enjoyed working with Troy Merchel, who not only pushed me during our sessions and answered all my questions but also built a structured workout plan for me to continue on my own throughout the week. We tracked my progress by measuring quad strength using a dynamometer, so progress wasn’t just observable but also supported by data.

Every session was focused on pushing forward, but when my knee signaled it was too much, we adjusted and took a step back, allowing for safe yet effective progress. Thanks to Reload and Troy, I’m progressing well and on track to return to sports soon. I can’t thank them enough!

Amazing! Victor and the rest of the trainers at Aesthetic Lab all do an incredible job. Training is personalized to meet your needs and they are very helpful with providing nutrition advice and workouts outside of the sessions as well so that you have a comprehensive plan. I’ve taken plenty of workout classes and none have been remotely as effective as my sessions with Victor and team and through his guidance I’ve been able to hit my goals and more. The gym is a great space as well, with a shower, sauna, and outdoor cold plunge on their beautiful patio. They have all the equipment you need and with the one-on-one service they give, it never feels crowded. Highly recommend!

I’ve now completed 10 sessions with Nicole through FYT and she is amazing. I thought we would be unmotivated to continue after a certain point but now it’s been something we look forward to every week.
