Had a great time riding with Manhattan Riding Club during one of their summer camps in Pawling. The whole team is very professional, super helpful and a lot of fun. The property and horses are also gorgeous - highly recommend for riders of all abilities. Will be coming back for their other events

Manhattan Riding Club is the answer to this NYC-based horse girl’s dreams. I’ve now done three rides with MRC, an intro to foxhunting day, one of the Bedford Hacks, and a Hunter Pace. Before my first ride, Melissa and Alana were extremely thoughtful and diligent about understanding my riding history and ability so I was paired with the perfect mount and had an incredible ride. Not only am I able to ride almost weekly in the beautiful areas surrounding NYC, I’ve met a fabulous group of New York equestrians, many who have a similar story to mine. As a relatively advanced adult rider who no longer owns a horse, I feel like this organization and model was made for me. I now can’t stop signing up for rides and am just thrilled to be a part of MRC!Update: I've now been riding with MRC at least 2-4 times per month for two years. I've met some of my closest friends through the club as well as my heart horse. The positive impact MRC has had on the NYC equestrian community is massive - I am so inspired by Melissa and Alana and look forward to many more years with this cherished community!

I've taken a few bootcamp lessons with MRC and most recently did one of their Adult Summer Camp programs. Cannot say enough great things - as an adult getting back into riding after a long time out of the saddle, it's been so much fun finding a community that shares my interest and has helped me get back into the sport - not something I expected to be so easy in NYC! Looking forward to many more rides with MRC!

Incredible riding experiences - as a lifelong rider now living in New York City, this is a dream come true. With lessons and bootcamps at a gorgeous, train-accessible from the city stable in Pawling, and hacks, hunter paces, foxhunts and more with a wonderful group of horses that are trailered to site for you, it opens up a world of riding I didn't think would be available to me till I moved out of the city and owned my own horse again. Cannot recommend it more highly to anyone with horsemanship experience looking to get back in the saddle.
