Sent my UAD Apollo off because it was burned out no power.It came back better than when I first received it. However it took forever to get it back NO FAULT to BN’s Pro audio. UAD did not have the part in stock. It took 3-4 months to get it back. However the teams communication was great during this process and the service was great. Besides the wait I would give this 3.5 stars.

Professional staff and great service! They did a great job fixing my digital piano and did it fast. They called me as soon as it was ready. I highly recommend them.

I have an old Fischer amp from the 80’s that after many years of great performance now has only one channel working. Called dBm to see about getting it repaired and was told upfront about the initial cost of 150+ tax to diagnose the cause with the final cost likely to edge into a higher range before all was done. While I was on the phone, the technician found 3 different offers for the same amp on EBay costing under the likely cost of my repair.The tech could have taken my amp in and charged me more but he provided options and an honesty that, in my experience, is often lacking.

One would think that a authorized QSC repair place is going to be legit but instead they are the most lying and conning business i met.I brought in my QSC amp module for repair. 2 weeks later I call them to find out they haven't got to it yet. Ok they very busy I guess. A month later I call them back they said the technician change out parts an was unable to get the amp to turn on. I ask what is the next step and was told they have to order a new board. I give the go ahead and Two months later I called them and was told it hasn't come in yet. Four months later I called them and same answer. Six months later I called back and was told oh QSC dont have the board in stock and I need to ordered a new amp module. Mind you never once has these people ever called me. They said I can come get my amp back with a full refund but when I got there they told me there is no refund. Also when I ask where is the proof that they changed parts out they ack dumbfounded. This is the worst business I have been too.
