(To the far right) I'd like to thank Jerry for his great hospitality, enthusiasm & warmth. He's the kindest gentleman you can ever do business with as a customer. I even compared prices & I'll say, Empire City Water Sports offers the best prices with jet ski's. They even honored my previous reservation, after a storm stopped us from going out into sea 2 months ago. During that day, the foot path became muddy & filled with puddles. He offered me & a previous friend a ride over that pathway to protect our shoes. I'm telling you this man is a true gentleman! I highly recommend anyone thinking of booking with jet ski's especially if it's your 1st time to just BOOK!To the far left is Phil he took us out on a jet ski tour through the gravesend bay where we were able to ride all the way up to the verrazzano-narrow bridge (connecting bk to Staten Island). So, we had a lot of water to ride on & enjoy ourselves. He did an excellent job taking photos & filming HD videos of our tour that's going to serve as some great memorabilia. If you're reading this Phil thanks again! You made sure me & my sister had a great time for her birthday week!

Taking the Ultimate Tour from the Brooklyn Bay dock, passing by the Verrazzano Bridge, circling the Statue of Liberty, and exploring the entire island of Manhattan exceeded all our expectations! Our guide, Gio, was fantastic! He made us feel completely safe while skillfully using his iPhone to record videos and snap pictures at top speed right alongside us—truly unbelievable!We made stops at all the major landmarks around Manhattan, soaking in the views and capturing memorable photo opportunities. It was an unforgettable adventure! Everyone we interacted with, from the sign-in process to Gerry's helpful instructions and encouragement, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour for those with an adventurous spirit!

Second time riding with empire city water sports and already planning our third trip! All the staff welcomed us as family and were super down to earth while maintaining the upmost professionalism. Our guide was PJ and he was the man! He took great photos and let us do our thing all while keeping us safe and providing necessary tips. Would give 6 stars if I could! You won’t regret booking with these guys.
