NeXa has such great instructors that are genuinely invested in their students growth and success. I take class here three times a week and every single instructor I’ve tried has been attentive and willing to offer multiple modifications for injuries or sensitivities in my body. Class sizes are small so there’s lots of opportunity for individual attention and I never feel lost or left behind! Grateful for this community that keeps me strong, healthy, and accountable!

First time visiting this studio, and absolutely fell in love with the place!I practice Pilates pretty often, and had past experiences in studios around New York, and Nexa is definitely a place I will be back often.The place is new, and the machines are nice and colored in white. The instructor was also very caring and it was important for her to give each student the best attention, regarding their body and health situation.Overall had a great experience, will come back!
