Amazing! Victor and the rest of the trainers at Aesthetic Lab all do an incredible job. Training is personalized to meet your needs and they are very helpful with providing nutrition advice and workouts outside of the sessions as well so that you have a comprehensive plan. I’ve taken plenty of workout classes and none have been remotely as effective as my sessions with Victor and team and through his guidance I’ve been able to hit my goals and more. The gym is a great space as well, with a shower, sauna, and outdoor cold plunge on their beautiful patio. They have all the equipment you need and with the one-on-one service they give, it never feels crowded. Highly recommend!

Aesthetic Lab is awesome! Victor is fantastic and has helped me push my limits in the gym. At the same time, he pays attention to form/safety, recovery, and the all-important nutrition. If you want to challenge yourself and see the results, I could not recommend Aesthetic Lab more highly. And a bonus: the space is legit.

I discovered this gem in late June. Once I saw the space and met with Victor, I knew that I had found the perfect environment to get the results I wanted. The gym provides a personalized diet/exercise program, high quality equipment, a cold plunge tub, a sauna, and experienced and dedicated trainers. My trainer, Rebecca, is amazing! Every session is a little different in terms of the workout routine. She knows when to push or scale back. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. I highly recommend Aesthetic Lab!

Highly recommend Victor and Aesthetic Lab! He really knows his stuff. We have great workouts, he corrects my form, and he really pushes me. I don’t come anywhere near the quality of workouts on my own as I do with him. I feel like I’m getting instant results. Already up 5lbs of muscle in just a few weeks. Let’s get big!
