Title is a life line! Great trainers. Love the classes! Keeps me engaged. Never bored. So much support and I LOVE the community! The trainers and owner, Danny, genuinely care about the members. It is the only gym I have attended regularly for many years. The days of working out solo at the gym are over for me. I love the group experience and cannot say enough about how great I feel after a class.

Coach Damond is amazing. I love how pointed and motivating his classes are— pushes me to excel as a boxer. They keep their facilities clean and maintained and there’s a good energy among the members.

Fantastic trainers all around. Came in knowing nothing about boxing, but trainers like Darlene and Veronica made me feel welcomed and pushed me to become better. Classes are great and fun and have definitely helped me get back into shape.Gym and weight area is small but less crowded in mornings than other gyms in the area and is stocked with what I needed. Would recommend if you're looking for something different in your workout regimen.
