Para mi el servicio es muy bueno.siempre he visto que las trabajadoras si están muy atentas,por eso me gusta que mi hermano esté en este lugar.gracias a Riverside ?

Muy mal servicio, mí papá estuvo asé uno meses atrás y tenía un acompañante y nunca Los aseaban y las enfermeras,siempre de mal humor,muchas avitasiones, con mal olor a pipi y a caca,no selo recomiendo a nadie, a sí sienen un paciente, en el besirael,o monsaina,eyos tienen un contrato con ése centro.

If you love and care about your family member please don’t take them to this rehab facility. Using the call bell is a waste of time. My mom was there and didn’t get any assistance when she had to go to the bathroom or needed water etc. She was given foods that she was advised by her doctor not to eat due to her being a diabetic and having high blood pressure. No one asked her if she had any food allergies or what was her preference. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. They need to do better. Just because someone is in your facility doesn’t mean that they don’t know how they should be treated or how your job is supposed to be done. If the tables were turned you would want someone to care for you properly and not just shove things at you. Anything can happen to anyone at anytime. You don’t know what predicament you will be in….do your job to the best of your ability. Don’t treat the patients like they’re a burden or bother. The person in charge of this facility needs to do a better job of training staff and get rid of the ones doing a half ass job. I was very disheartened by what my mother experienced while being treated there!

I am so grateful to the staff on the 10th floor and the staff on the 3rd for where my husbad Godfrey is for having taken such good care of us and all the hard work that they do for the patients. The CNAs, nurses, my therapists, and my concierge who alwaya stopped by to check on me, are all phenomenal. I definitely recommend the Riverside!
