Can’t say enough nice things about my experience at Greenwich Street. Their shop is brimming with class and creativity. I popped in on my hunt for a unique wedding set, and was captivated by Alice Cicolini’s trunk show.Dana at G St. provided impeccable service - accommodating, on top of things and invested in getting it right. She worked with the designer Alice and I on a totally custom wedding set designed to be mixed and matched, and I couldn’t be happier with how the rings came out. Dana and Alice were so generous with their time and bent over backwards for me to make sure everything was perfect. I feel so lucky to call these special pieces mine. Greenwich St. Jewelers is a literal gem! I went in to meet with Dana in hopes of designing a custom ring for my engagement proposal. Despite my lack of jewelry expertise, Dana thoughtfully guided me through every step of the way— several drafts of designs, diamond selection, and more. The master craftsman designed the ring of my fiancée’s dreams (and several of her friends demanded to know where I got it!). From start to finish, Dana and the team made this process comfortable and approachable. They topped it off with a champagne toast to celebrate our engagement in store. Loved every second of this process.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!Walked in on a whim one day with my partner. There were no appointments available but we were able to take a quick look around, and it was great to see how respectful they were of their clients’ experience by not letting too many people in the back of the store during their consultations.We met with Dana a few weeks later, and she walked us through their wonderfully curated selection of wedding bands. She was very personable, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the designers and pieces we were interested in.
