Our lights went out in some of our rooms on a Saturday evening. Called this company and they had a technician available to come and diagnose the issue and remedy it. Wasn't too complicated but the technician had to go purchase a part from one of their 24/7 suppliers. Impressive. While I you pay a premium for emergency service, I was happy with the prompt response and quality of service.

Tony was fantastic -- our oven caused electricity problems on a Sunday morning and he was the only electrician in the area who not only answered the phone immediately, but also came to our condo within 90 minutes. He helped us assess the issue over the phone, came by and explained the problem in greater detail, and we had it fixed in under an hour. Not only that, but he texted later in the evening checking to make sure the oven was working properly.My partner and I are overjoyed with his service and are happy to know we can work with someone we trust.
