Delighted to have stumbled upon Hearing Life one block away at 57 2&3.Dr. Krasnick has been amazing in my quest for hearing aids; knowledgeable, patient and supportive every step of the way. The office is in a nice clean comfortable space in a doorman building.His assistant, LaTanya is delightful and always eager to help.I am very happy with my hearing aids and I hope to continue doing business with Hearing Life. Highly recommend.

Dr Krasnick adjusted my hearing aids and they are now better than they were at the time of acquisition. The office is small but very efficient and very friendly. There is also a special bonus for dog lovers.

Dr. Krasnik is wonderful. Always has time to give me individualistic attention. I love my hearing aids. I'm in a business where listening is extremely important. Thanks to Dr. Krasnik and Hearing Life I never miss a thing.

I got my hearing aids at Hearing Life several years ago, before the pandemic, when it was still called Sutton Hearing and Balance. At the time my hearing was borderline. I had a real problem when I was with my family, missed way too much of what was going on all around me. The aids made a huge difference. I didn’t wear them all the time, but in noisy restaurants and large group situations they were very helpful- and at the theater, they were invaluable. Amazing how you can turn them up to catch the quiet parts - even eavesdrop if you’re so inclined. My hearing has stayed pretty much the same, so I haven’t been interested in upgrading so far.The service and maintenance have been fantastic all that time. I get reminder calls when it’s time for a new hearing test and to have the aids adjusted and cleaned, and they have continued to supply me with batteries. I really couldn’t ask for more. When the time comes, this is where I’ll find my next set.
