It's OK depending on what you're looking for. My thing is the fact that the receptionist 'FLOR' has no customer service skills at all and that's extremely dangerous.Overall, the place wasn't bad at all. Just fire that one!!! She’s the worst!

I signed my Dad at Heart to Heart, and I have noticed the change in his persona, he has made friends, developed social interactions, always excited to tell me about his day. I recommend Heart to Heart 1000%!

I was referred to this place by a good friend of mine, who like myself is home alone with nothing to do most days. I contacted someone at the facility and was informed that the only way I would be eligible for this program would be to have Medicaid and a home health aide! I am not in need of a home attendant, and truly believe it's quite unfair and unreasonable! If this program no longer accepts new clients, it would be better for them to remove their ad from the Internet, and stop referring new clients.

David, the activities coordinator, is an absolutely charming and all around great guy!! Not to mention an excellent coordinator. David (and Marlene) led activities via phone conference for about a year during the worst of the pandemic when Heart To Heart closed their doors and clients weren't allowed to attend in person, which is how I came to realize how professional, good, and caring David is. I just love him to death!!Once the worst of the pandemic was over they opened their doors again so clients could attend in person. They offer free transportation. It's so nice to be able to go into the little hair salon and get my hair washed and styled again. Exercising, playing Spades ♠️, Bingo, Dominoes, and do Arts & Crafts again are very important too. And what a happy relief it is to be able to socialize with friends again!! They offer an edible but not great breakfast and lunch too, though sometimes they order out from Popeye's or Checkers fast food chains. I'm just happy they're open again!! They take you out on trips to the movies and other places and events.PLEASE BE AWARE: I know that they claim to, but they offer little to no individual attention. They service GROUPS of clients on the whole... i.e. when they serve meals, offer exercise class, etc. The ONLY individual attention I receive as a client is at the hair salon and, once every six months, when the social worker calls me into her office to do an update of my case asking me various questions and testing my memory and awareness.I'm physically disabled. I walk with a Rollator (a walker on four wheels) and it's hard for me to maneuver through the huge main room. They have many bathrooms located all over the center which I can get to, but it's VERY hard for me to get up and down repeatedly to get fresh water from the juice machine (which I require due to my diabetic condition) and if my friends weren't willing to get it for me, I'd be in trouble. So, if you or a relative suffer from a severe physical or mental disability you won't be tended to and watched over as an individual. They try, but they're just not equipped to offer individual attention. Also, they have around 8 computers for clients all of which have been broken for 3 years as I write this, and I haven't seen them offer even one music class in the three years I've been attending either. These are the reasons I left off one star and give a four-star review here.But, overall, I think very highly of this Adult Day Care Center and do enjoy myself when I attend. I do recommend Heart To Heart to ALMOST all people. Truly.
