The sales people here were super friendly, even over the phone!! Prior to my visit I called to ensure I was covered by my insurance. Verifying and scheduling an appointment was easy. Sidenote, they take most insurances. When I arrived for my appointment someone greeted me right away. I waited no more than few minutes to be seen for my exam. The optometrist was great and the exam was quick. They explained my options for different lenses. I picked a cute designer set of frames (there were so many options!) and my new glasses were ordered. The process was easy. Sales people, optometrist....overall, friendly and EDUCATED staff! Highly recommend.

The saleswoman, Filgia, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have used progressives before from another company and she was able to discuss how the lenses were different and what the LensCrafters options were. It was a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend her and this store for friends looking for glasses. Having the eye center connected to it is also incredibly helpful since I needed a corrected prescription as well (the one provided by another company was incorrect).

I brought them back and the clerks were very helpful in finding a replacement and keeping the price close to what I originally paid.My son also got a pair of new glasses and they were very helpful with getting him what he wanted.We left very satisfied!
