Lotus Bridal Brooklyn

I purchased my wedding dress from Lotus Bridal, and I don’t think I could have had a better experience. From my first appointment, through ordering, fittings and tailoring, final pickup and drop-off for preservation, everyone at Lotus was super supportive, communicative, and responsive. I was able to select my dress during my first try-on appointment (my only caveat here is that although they have many styles available, they likely won’t all be the right size, so it’s necessary for the stylist to clip them on to approximate) – although I didn’t end up loving the styles I had pre-selected online, the stylist was able to propose a dress I absolutely loved. After ordering, I also decided to do alterations with Lotus, as the pricing was comparable with other wedding tailors, I’d seen positive reviews, and it seemed convenient (they handle all the dress storage and transition during this process). The tailor did a great job, and in particular I was very impressed with how elegantly the bustle was added (included with tailoring). I also ended up bringing the dress back after my wedding to Lotus for preservation, as they had done such a good job throughout the rest of the process, and I am now waiting to receive the dress after cleaning and preservation (done by an associated company). Buying a wedding dress was a task I was fairly stressed about, but the girls at Lotus consistently answered my questions so thoroughly and quickly (within a business day in almost every case), and were so supportive with any concerns I raised throughout that it was surprisingly painless.In terms of the dress: during first look photos in the gardens where we held our wedding, random strangers stopped me to tell me that I looked like a princess.❤️

This was my first and ONLY bridal store!!!! Nina was incredible. It was my first time dress shopping, and I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted; i had a dress and designer in mind, but i wanted to explore my options first. Nina was super helpful, and let me try on EVERYTHING from a ball gown to an A-Line to a mermaid!!! A lot of bridal stores don’t let you look at the racks or even touch the dresses, but Nina let my mom, sister and I look and touch all the dresses in the store and pull the ones we wanted to try on. At the end of the appointment, I said YES TO THE DRESS!!! I highly recommend this boutique to any bride who is looking for a non-pushy, helpful, kind and fun atmosphere in her search for the dress!!!

I am a new bride and recently started my dress shopping journey. When I arrived to Lotus Bridal in Brooklyn, Abby assisted me. She was absolutely AMAZING. She took her time with me, letting me try on multiple dresses. She made me feel so beyond comfortable the whole appointment. I cannot recommend both the boutique and Abby more! A+++ service!

I just said yes to the dress at Brooklyn Lotus for my June wedding. I went to a few other stores and they did not line up to the service or selection at Lotus. Stephanie was the sweetest and made trying on the dresses super fun and relaxing. I didn’t feel any pressure to decide on the spot and came back a second time to make my final decision. I would recommend Lotus to anyone and am so appreciative of Stephanie and her team for their patience and attention to detail. Can’t wait to pick my dress up!EDIT! Obsessed with my dress it was perfect!
