M&F Pro-Tires corp 24 Hour Tire Shop

Don't come here to change tires and repair wheels. I changed two second-hand tires here. After less than three months of use, one of them burst and the other one bulged. Then the wheel was violently dismantled and cracked. They charged me $100 to weld the crack. After two months, the wheel cracked again. They said it was not their technical problems, and then charged me another $100. No matter what the reason is, don't come to this black-hearted store again! Avoid getting shoddy products and bad technology again.

If you come before 8pm you can speak to the owner (Maurice) very nice high character person. They are so fair with pricing, $15 plug $20 patch, I always tip of course so another $5 tip. And they will do a very good job but they really shine because they are 24 hours... I literally pull up and 11pm to 1am when there's no traffic and in emergencies I'll tow the car their and have them fix it. Of course it's good to call ahead and make sure they have a new tire or used tire for your vechile incase your flat tire isn't repairable... but I take all my cars to them. I have 3 Teslas and 1 Nissan leaf. If I need new tires I usually ask Maurice to find me tires and wait till he has my size if they aren't in-stock. This is the only place I go for tires and they even have an alignment machine on premises. I really hope they stay in business for as long as I stay in NYC lol I wouldn't want to find a new tire shop.

I love this tire shop so much they saved my car!! I had two unexpected flats coming from Long Island towards Queens, they were the only tire shop to respond to me late at night and had the tires I needed. Triple AAA wasn’t even available to assist me and told me to wait over 2 hours and this shop was able to help me out with my emergency. I was also able to go the next day and get a sensor programmed and replaced. They are open 24/7 and Maurice the owner and his staff are so knowledgeable and efficient! They’re amazing, if you are ever needing tire service or a wheel alignment please go to this shop!. I wish I could give them more stars! Thank you Maurice and team, y’all are amazing !!! Today on Aug 12, 2024, AAA had to be called due to my daughter's tire being cut in the road. Her car was taken to M&F. They quickly replaced her tire, which was great and for $55. Unfortunately, by the time she arrived home 15 mins away, the tire was flat. Put air in tire at local shop, went flat again; there was a large hole in tire. She had to go back to M&F. They are changing the tire again, this time with an attitude, because when I asked to speak with someone there, he was barely listening to me and rolling his eyes, right in front of my daughter. Not happy with the service. Hoping it's not another of the same type of tire again.

AMAZING SERVICE at 2am not only fid he change my tire but checked the pressure of all 4 of my tires 85 dollars for a used tire ! Plus friendly and amazing customer service !
