Essa & Mike are outstanding people. They went above and beyond to have my vehicle serviced right before the new year holiday. Since I work 14hrs a day Essa made sure to set up a tow truck to pick up my vehicle from my job; which had a leaking radiator, serviced my vehicle and towed it right back to me at work. They are fair with their pricing but for some they may be too pricey however; they are worth it. I would highly recommend

Greedy oneI personally experienced this issue at a garage, and it’s one of the worst scams. Many drivers go for DMV inspections, tire repairs, or fixing small car problems, and some garages take advantage of this. First, they ask you how much you’re willing to pay, so you mention the regular price. Then, they quote their own price, and on top of that, they expect tips. They say, “Pay if you want, don’t pay if you don’t,” but they pressure you into tipping.I know for many drivers, an extra $5 or $10 doesn’t seem like a big deal, but this behavior makes the garage staff more greedy. Today, you might pay $15 for a $10 service or $30 for a $20 job, but tomorrow, they’ll ask for even more.Please don’t give in to these demands. Take your time to find a garage that charges fair prices. Avoid places that try to scam you because that extra $5 can eventually lead to much larger losses in the future. Stand your ground and pay only what’s reasonable.

Midtown Center Auto Repair & Body Shop has been my 2002 Toyota 4-Runners LIFELINE!!! I had the blessing of having my 4-Runner towed one hot summer day like 5 years ago via Triple AAA. They transported my vehicle to Midtown Auto Repair which used to be located on West 48th Street in Midtown Manhattan. Upon my arrival I was cordially greeted by a gentleman named Essa who assisted me above and beyond the call of duty. He did a quick diagnostic test on my vehicle, explained what was wrong, and what would be needed to repair my vehicle. He broke it down step by step and also give me an approximation of what the cost would be. Long and behold when I went to pick up my 4-Runner everything Essa stated and quoted was exactly on point!. My ride was repaired, ran brand new, and he specifically stated, that should I encounter any issues, to please bring it right back. Thank god I had no issue's. Moving forward 5 years till today Midtown Center Auto Repair is my home for any issues I may be experiencing with my 4-Runner. The professionalism, expertise, cordiallnes, hospitality and PRICE, is just RIGHT ✅️ !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIDTOWN CENTER AUTO REPAIR TO ALL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

These guys are the best! I googled a body shop in New York and they were open on a weekend. I called to request an estimate which was provided to me literally within 10 minutes. Essa later followed up to see if I had any questions! I am definitely recommending them to others and will bring my business here in the future again!

Absolutely amazing people, especially Essa. I called him for a body repair issue of an old car, and he was able to help me within 15 minutes with pricing as well as the drop-off and delivery time.He was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend them if you have got any car issues. They will not just fix your car. They will also fix your problems. 🙂
