I took a High 45 class with Alex and thought it was a pretty good workout. They give you a piece of paper indicating what each effort should feel like, so it's easy to follow along and push yourself.They say their classes are for runners of all levels, but I think they're better suited for beginner and intermediate runners looking to stay consistent or incorporate running into their workout routine. Advanced runners may not find these classes as useful.

I'm a beginner runner and to be honest I don't really like running. I was able to focus on my form and effort level thanks to the mirrors in the room. This class was fun, intensive, and made me actually like running - I took DASH 45 with Danny!

Mile High offers great treadmill classes, track sessions, and marathon training programs with a variety of different training focuses (hills, speed, form, etc.).The treadmill classes have three options: Dash Strength is 30 minutes of running and 15 minutes of weights, High 45 is 45 minutes of running, and Distance is 60 minutes of running.I would suggest Dash Strength if you are new to running. The instructors are usually pretty good about telling you how the machines work and explaining the paces since you go at your own pace.My favorite instructor is Lanoa because her energy and playlists are fun (lots of pop, hip-hop, some 2000s bangers). Katie and Yusuf are also great.There are two showers in the women's locker room, but there's usually only a wait if you are at a morning weekday class. Showers are clean, and towels are provided!

Took two weeks trial while I was travelling to NY - it’s good place if you like tempo runs . Tread mills are not that great - they can or should upgrade them . Wood way has better models but overl all running always give the good endorphins and good instructors .
