With multiple offices and convenient scheduling options, it's clear that patient comfort and accessibility are top priorities.The phlebotomy staff at NYU Fertility Clinic are truly wonderful – their kindness and expertise made the process as comfortable as possible. I was especially impressed by the compassionate and highly skilled OR nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctors, who consistently provided top-notch care with a personal touch.Some of the standout features of this clinic include:* Year-round availability, including weekends, allowing for tailored treatment based on individual responses* Attentive and caring nurses* Highly professional and knowledgeable doctors* Same-day follow-up calls, ensuring a prompt and seamless experienceWhile my overall experience at NYU Fertility Clinic was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of areas where I feel improvements could be made:* Phlebotomy appointment scheduling can be frustrating, as wait times often exceed one hour. Despite advocating for myself and expressing my concerns, this issue persisted not only for me but for other patients as well. While I don't expect appointments to run like clockwork, such extensive delays can be stressful.* While most ultrasound readings were performed accurately, I found some inconsistency in the readings performed by nurses, which can be concerning for patients seeking reliable results.One piece of advice: be your own advocate and ask to talk to our doctor every time you need to.In conclusion, NYU Fertility Clinic provides an outstanding level of care and professionalism, and I am grateful for the dedicated team that has supported me on my fertility journey. With a few adjustments to address appointment wait times and consistency in ultrasound readings, this clinic could truly be the gold standard in reproductive healthcare.

I am beyond thankful to NYU and Dr. Berkeley and his team they were extremely professional and sincere. I started IVF September 2023 and was considered a HR candidate but Dr. Berkeley assured me everything would be fine. I did my 1st embryo transfer on 11/28/23 which was a success I welcomed a beautiful baby boy July 2024. The entire staff from the doctors, nurse’s ultrasound technicians and the Administrative staff are beyond AMAZING!!!!. I always felt my concerns were always addressed and the communication was great I would always leave a VM and someone would return my call by the end of the day.

Got OHSS. Had to have liquid drained from my abdomen. Was in unbearable pain. Missed a lot of work. Gained a ton of weight. Still 4 months later and I have no period. Have been having to see a ton of doctors. No one can tell me what's wrong. And they all say the fertility doctor should be the one helping me. She is not.
