Erica is amazing!! She did such a great job on my balayage! When it comes to color, cut, shape, etc. she knows what to do! She was so kind and very good at explaining what she thinks works best while still making sure my goals were met and that I was happy with the result! She makes sure your hair stays healthy during the process and that you walk away looking better than before! She also makes amazing hair product recommendations for everyday use!Palms salon is clean, aesthetic, and all of the stylist are so kind! It's also in a very convenient location - just one block from the L! Highly recommend this salon and especially Erica for all you hair needs!

Found this salon randomly and decided to take a chance - I am blown away by the results! Marc cut my hair and he delivered exactly what I asked for. He was very kind, communicative and paid close attention to detail, walking me through every step of the process while checking in asking me how I was feeling. The before and after pictures speak for themself! The salon itself has a great ambience with great music selection too. I would recommend Palms to anyone looking to get their hair done by true professionals!

I just got the most beautiful haircut. My stylist Sarah was attentive to detail, made beautiful recommendations based on what I said I wanted. My dry ends are gone and my hair is now even too. No more choppy haircut. My hair feels so smooth and bouncy. The before and after speak for themselves. My hair feels back to life. Friendly staff and beautiful salon inside too. Highly recommended.
