Única, extraordinaria

We have been looking to order tiles that our friends recently ordered. We loved the look of the product and wanted to purchase the exact same tile as our friend, but the sales rep decided to quote us 4x the price our friend paid. We called the sales office and they told us they would send us a discounted quote at most probably 40%. We followed up the next day and were told it would be sent by EOD. They never sent it and then when we called again, they tried to give us excuses for why they were not going to apply a discount at that rate. Twice we were told a discount would be applied and ultimately that never happened. We understand that costs rise year after year, but this business practice is unfair and clearly price gouging. When you select a brand and like its quality, you expect an honest price for the product— certainly not this experience at all.

We did our full home renovation with Porcelanosa. We are extremely happy with the results - all the process was smooth and transparent, properly planned. All our needs and vision were heard and we got excellent advice from their designer&sales team about every product we were selecting. 2 years had passed - my home still looks stunning and trendy, we do not have any issues. Thanks to All their Team, you guys showed me that renovation could be a pleasure and I am your customer forever.

We set an appointment at 2pm yesterday. When we arrived they sent us to a waiting room, we waited for 15 minutes. After the wait, we asked the receptionist to tell the designer to meet us upstairs as we are looking at the show room. 15 minutes later no one came or reached out to us. Such a waste of time !
