Honestly speaking they are very expensive.Same day service. 3-4 hours window time waiting. I have to call them few times because my problem was different than service I took from them. I have to replace the outside line but didn’t because I wasn’t ready for that much of expense.So far all the people came to help us most people are so nice. The time they are at our house they had tried their best to resolve the issue.Last person Mr.Richard he is an excellent human being.Rather than the price Roto-Rooter are excellent.

Danny from Roto-Rooter was AMAZING!! I had a leak in my bathroom faucet for three years and Danny fixed it in an hour and a half. Other plumbers I called quoted crazy amounts of work / prices to fix it (like taking tiles out from the wall) but Danny confirmed that wasn’t needed. He still had to saw through a faucet and we had to turn the building water off, but Danny made it look easy. He was fast, efficient, kind, and clean. Roto-Rooter isn’t the cheapest option, but I see why. The quality of work is unmatched. I don’t want to work with anyone other than Danny ever again - he was that good!

They send this really nice guy keston 3367 he was friendly, he explained everything and even helped me making a video to tell the landlord what was the issue with the pipe system, they gave me a 6 mo guarantee and if it gets clogged again they come without charging more . Thank you for your service.I forgot to tell you, they came at night it was really late but I had my house completely flooded and no one else wanted to come at 11 pm and they did , he came and in 20 minutes fix it .

Had a really good experience with this company overall. Specifically, Keston was sent to fix my shower handle which had issues that regular handymen could not resolve and he went above and beyond to get the job done, sourcing materials himself etc. and always on your side. If you ever have a plumbing job, you should definitely ask for him. He is extremely competent and respectful.
