Rudra Ayurveda

This review is long overdue because I have been seeing Dr. Rudra and Roy for many years now dating back to 2019. I can say with conviction that my experience from the first time I had a consultation with Dr. Rudra and I met Roy, up until just yesterday, I was in the best of care, full comprehensive health care taking in the whole of me with compassion, empathy and a vast knowledge about health conditions and healing. I always meant to write this review from the beginning of my relationship with Rudra Ayurveda but I am glad I took this long because now I can write this from an overview of so many years of consistent and considerate care. You are truly the best and I love passing this recommendation on to others who will benefit as I have from meeting you and being under your care. I feel immensely grateful.

From the warm greeting by Roy to the peaceful environment, every detail seemed designed for relaxation and healing.My consultation with the Dr. Rudra was exceptional. She patiently walked me through each part of the Panchakarma process, explaining how it could help balance my body and cleanse it of toxins. Dr. Rudra was incredibly knowledgeable, addressing all my questions with care and tailoring their advice to my specific health needs. Unlike other places, I never felt rushed; she listened attentively, showing genuine interest in my well-being.The clinic’s commitment to traditional, high-quality Ayurvedic practices was clear, which gave me full confidence in their care. I am beyond thrilled I found Dr. Rudra. I just finished my Panchakarma treatment and feel amazing. We spoke in depth about my health issues and needs, and Dr. Rudra and the amazing ROY really helped me through ridding my body of all of the toxins that have built up over the years. I have to say it was life changing. Every detail was covered. Diet, herbs, treatments, There is a lot to follow, but my instructions were clear, and i felt cared for and supported. This was my first PanchaKarma treatment and it won't be my last. Dr. Rudra's ayervedic knowledge is boundless, and she is just wonderful. Roy performs the daily treatments and is so skilled and empathetic, it just made my whole expereince amazing. Don't get me wrong, it is intense. Actually ridding ones body of years of toxins is difficult and emotional, but Rudra Ayerveda (Dr. Rudra and Roy) is personal, loving and safe. I have not slept this well in years...YEARS! I tried the 3-week Panchakarma treatment from Rudra Ayurveda for detoxification of the body. It also helped me with digestion issues. I appreciate the care and the patience of Dr.Rudra in answering my questions and giving better insights of the treatment. I am so grateful that I booked an apt with Dr. Rudra. I had been struggling with chronic health issues and had been to numerous specialists to address them. Dr. Rudra taught me about the underlying causes of my health issues and prescribed panchakarma as well as herbs, and diet modifications to help me maintain balance after the cleanse. Both Dr. Rudra and Roy have such a wealth of knowledge and they are so kind to share it with their patients.
