From the moment I walked in, to my in depth and informative conversation with the doctor, the experience was exceptional. I was treated with respect and empathy and welcomed as a new patient. The doctor took her time and answered all my questions and gave clear advice. During checkout, the assistant had genuine praise for the doctor.

Fantastic annual visit. Treated with kindness and care from start to finish. No wait for service, lots of great questions from my doc, a thorough follow up ultrasound on the spot, and actionable advice to take home and follow. I am truly grateful for the reproductive health care providers at Spring OB-GYN.

I love Dr. Bale! She is a great gynecologist, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported. She isn’t dismissive of any concerns I had which is something I greatly value and walked me through my first pap (not a necessity but truly helped)! I have been going here since 2022 and have had no complaints until now.I took two stars off because of an interaction I just had with a receptionist the day before my appointment. This all started because a different BC prescription was sent to the pharmacy and no one could figure out how it happened. I was contacted by the front desk to go over the situation and to schedule an appointment. I had a new insurance so I gave them that, then filled out the online check-in form. I saw that my insurance wasn’t correct (difference of states) and wanting to clarify the mistake, I called back. I don’t want things to get messed up when they submit a claim/receipt because we know how confusing insurance can be aplenty. The lady that picked up was condescending and interruptive. Telling me that I was told my insurance was out of network and implying that because of this, whatever I have to say is irrelevant. Regardless of it was out of network, I wanted to make sure it was the correct insurance company with the correct state. I also wanted to clarify if the office would send a claim to my insurance as I have met my deductible with this appointment. All I wanted to do was rectify a mistake I saw on the portal and confirm information on the submission of claims but the receptionist was very frustrating to talk to.It has been a day since my appointment and the front desk was much nicer than the previous day. However, no one could give me a straight answer when I asked if the state mattered. Maybe I am expecting too much and since they have the right ID, it’ll go to the right department. The lack of consistency with customer service skills for the front desk made this experience extremely disappointing which is a shame because the Dr. Bale is a wonderful provider.

Love Dr. Maldonado - she is friendly and approachable and really thorough. Also had a great experience with Maddie the sonogram tech - so warm and kind! Happy to be a patient at Spring OBGYN.

I’ve been with Dr. Feldman now for a few years and really appreciate the care that she has done for me. I feel like I’m more than just a patient and someone that she genuinely cares about and my wellbeing and health. I highly recommend this practice in general as all of the other nurses and staff that have helped me out are very kind and have very warm and welcoming energy. Your appointment time is virtually always on time which amazes me because of how busy they always seem to be whenever I go in. But I think that’s a testament of them knowing their patients well, how to prepare for each day and knowing what to expect ahead of time. Again, I highly recommend!
