I did not have a good experience with Dr. Feng. I found him to be condescending and patronizing, and did not feel comfortable in his care. He tried extremely hard to gaslight me when I voiced my concerns, and severely disrespected my health experiences, the guidance I’ve received from other practitioners, and my preferences for eye care. He has the worst bedside manner of any practitioner I have seen and I would not recommend him, especially for women. The associates at the store, however, were absolutely lovely.

The doctor I visited was helpful. Unfortunately, the contact lens ordering process was terrible. The price they charge for the contacts is higher than I was able to find elsewhere. When I asked the staff to match the other price, she rudely told me to order the lenses elsewhere. I then asked her to email me my prescription, and was told I had to pick it up in person. In addition, they put a hold on my insurance, so when I tried to order at the cheaper vendor, they were unable to process my insurance. No one at the store picks up the phone and lens crafters main customer service can’t or refuses to help with the insurance release. The whole experience seems sleazy.

Horrible horrible experience at this location. They broke my friend's glasses after she went in for what she was told would be a free service and they didn't apologize. They told her to just contact the manufacturer for new (different!) frames and due to a number of administrative/logistical issues and internal miscommunications, months have passed of her waiting for replacements. She has spoken to numerous employees both in store and in corporate and each time something else frustrating happens.
