Alex and Andrew were our movers and they were unreal. They arrived early, were efficient and worked all day to make sure everything was just right. These guys were great. Not only did I get an amazing quote right from the jump (compared to the 200 dollar higher price quote from Dumbo Moving) but they also came to me at 630AM! They worked with my schedule perfectly and got everything done with so many hours in the day to spare. This company was difficult to work with and unprofessional. They arrived extremely late to pick up our belongings. The foreman demanded his tip before leaving and then left a large pile of trash in the survey.At move in, a several pieces of furniture were damaged. I reached out to the company about filling a claim for the damages and was told I would hear back soon…a week later after several attempts to reach out, they have gone completely silent. But when they thought there was an issue with my payment I got a call within minutes. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a moving company!
