After a complicated install discovered the product was very flimsy, but left it aloneLess than a year later the touchless sensor malfunctioned, the sensor stopped turning the water off, Vigo contacted, in one of their responses they actually stated that the design is to turn the lever on then use the sensor! 7 months later there is no resolution, the continuous message is that they are out of the control box. Do not waste your money on any Vigo products

What a great company and door. I stripped a screw and they sent me a new piece with no issues whatsoever. Customer service was great and door is beautiful. I was able to install it myself and I’m so pleased

Purchased and installed the VIGO ELAN E-class shower door. Looks great! Works great. My 'unnecessary' questions to customer service were handled like I was the most important customer they ever had. VIGO should be the quality and support benchmarks for all manufacturers.

During final stages of a bathroom remodel one of the glass shower panels shattered. My contractor claimed full responsibility and contacted the local retailer we were doing business with for this and our last two remodeling projects. Solution offered by retailer was to order a new unit. That's when I pulled out the packing slips included with shower door unit and contacted VIGO. I received an immediate call back from a member of their very patient, efficient and kind Customer Support Team. All necessary information was exchanged, and the replacement glass is now in transit. There are not enough superlatives to express my gratitude to the VIGO team. One more bathroom remodel to go and while I will probably be dealing with another retailer, I will definitely make my shower selection from the VIGO product line.

I have multiple faucets and shower head panels from Vigo. All good quality and fairly easy to install. Had a small issue with the finish on one shower panel, but customer support was very professional and responsive. They're sending me a whole new unit. I'm very pleased with their products and support.
