My experience was great from start to finish. The designer I worked with was highly communicative, listened intently and the resultant drawings reflected that. Once I reviewed the first set, in discussion with the designer we concluded the unit as designed needed to be modified to best fit the available space. The designer offered several excellent ideas/solutions to certain space constraint issues, with the resulting finished product that looked spectacular! The installation process was smooth and seamless. I would definitely go back to California Closets again.

The designer was great. They have systems and software that make it possible to see the designs immediately as you sit with the designer. They have a lot of choices for materials of the doors and drawers. There was a mistake made with the doors as they forgot about the lighting and they took full ownership and resolved it quickly. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Easy and the customer service is really good.

She was thorough, detail-oriented, and focused on understanding what I needed and wanted. The paint and prep crew and installer were also very professional.
