Mr. Locks

Sketchy. Called asking for a quote and they said they would send a technician to give me a quote (I offered to send pictures of my lock but they said sending a tech was no problem, at no point mentioning any service fee). They sent the technician who as soon as he arrived started taking my lock apart without giving me a quote, I stopped him, asked for a quote -- he gave it to me & upon inspecting the lock/key he wanted to give me I decided I was going to leave it at that. He then proceeded to charge me a $65 service fee which I had to call the office to get waived. My door wouldn't close after he left since he left one of the screws loose, had to retighten it in order to make the door close again. Would not recommend.

Amazing fast service! Super friendly and efficient. In an out in 5 minutes for a few copies of keys. Highly recommend!
